Guest guest Posted March 17, 2009 Report Share Posted March 17, 2009 Hi everyone, I just picked up a copy of my MRCP report which indicates that I have Periportal adenopathy. Any one know what this means? It also indicates that I have segmental intrahepatic ductal dilation of the duct of the anterior segment right hepatic lobe. What does this mean? My Hepatologist won't be in till Monday and this is driving me nuts. It also states that there no other significant changes to the 50 % stricture that I hav ein my left lobe since my 2007 MRCP.
