Guest guest Posted September 1, 2002 Report Share Posted September 1, 2002 Hello everyone, My name is Roni and have had Fibromyalgia, MPS for 11 years. I also have spondylosis, herniated discs in neck and lumbar area, IBD, RSD, depression, irritable bladder and extremely poor memory so I probably forgot something. My mom lives with me and has dementia which makes for an interesting combination. I just had a big scare when I found a golfball sized lump in my neck, surgeon was thinking it was Lymphoma. Instead it was a lymph node full of infection and had that one and 3 others removed. He felt it was related to all the chronic infections I get ie sinus infect, laryngytis etc. I have not been able to work for over 3 years and have not been given disability as of yet. I am an RN who can't remember what I did 5 minutes ago and they expect me to go back to work and care for patients. To keep my sanity, I do pet bird rescue.
