Guest guest
, I have had panic attacks....You are right ......I thought I was dying, and managed to call 911.......But they found nothing wrong, and I felt like a complete fool. And I also know the feeling of being afraid because the ' anniversary' of your Panic attack is drawing near! .....But just remember that you are stronger now and can handle it.....it's just a memory of a bad event .....not the event itself. Maybe make plans to be around lot's of people who love you and let them know that you are afraid, and why, sometimes just talking about it will banish it .....watch lots of funny movies.....anything to change the circumstances that were present when you had your panic attack will help you to cope .....and remember we are always here for you if you start to feel overwhelmed ! , I remember when I had that panic attack last year. I was suicidal then. It will be a year next month. I'm so scared about October coming because I feel that I will have another panic attack just because that month's coming around again. That was an extremely terrifying time for me. If you've never had a panic attack I wouldn't wish it on anyone. It seemed like you were going through a hard time there. Wow. I'll do my best not to get on your bad side. Just kidding. -.
Guest guest
, Thank you so much. I didn't think of doing something else that I wasn't doing when that time came about. Just by having a panic attack that goes to show how powerful our minds are. I remember thinking things that I never thought of before. I remember the last time I was in the mental hospital ... I was panicking. I figured out that they used reverse psyhcology. The patients interacted with themselves to help them cope. They told me not to tell anyone but I'm sure any one that's been in a mental hospital knows that already. Thanks again. I love your I love you .gif. I love you too, Mother Doofus! -.
