Guest guest
Someone mentioned about watching fruit consumption with candida overgrowth. This is both a genuine concern and misleading, which is good news for fruit lovers!=) I'm happy this is true. When I went to my new naturopathic doctor, I thought for sure she would tell me to stop eating fruit. Instead she told me to eat more. ~Jen

Guest guest
I am a vegan. I have been so for quite some time. I started by cutting out red meat and pork and was astonished at how much better I felt. Then, quite frankly, I got really tired of chicken, so I quit that too. I have been lactose intolerant for about 3 years so, hold the milk please! My vegetarianism led me down a whole new path in life as far as the animals are concerned, and I will never turn back. I eat when I am hungry and I do not starve myself, and I eat what I like. There are so many good and tasty vegan choices now! If you take baby steps toward your goal you will get there in time. I would never tell anyone to do this cold turkey (no pun intended) because you will feel as though you are depriving yourself and will not stick to it. You will find things that you like! Guest guest
I am not vegan but am highly considering it. I have been feeling much better when I eat less refinned sugars and starches and eat more wholesome foods. :-) melissa (missy) --- The Lady Dragonfly ldragonfly@...> wrote: > Hardly deprivation with a vegan diet! > > Missy, do you make uncheese?
