, sure hope they get the fibro settled down soon. It must have been awful being stuck on the highway. I just can't imagine it, especially as we are having a high for the week of 64. UGH I'm cold!!!

Today I had my appointment with my Rheumy and it actually went better than I thought. All of my tests came back fine except for the ECG. The hospital never sent the results so now we are waiting on that. I have a mild case of asthma, not bad enough to go to a pulmonologist. I still have to take the inhaler though. They have found protein in my urinalysis so I have to do another one and do another 24 hr testing. OH FUN! How much I hate doing those! I do have pleurisy but the doctor wants to do more testing. giving me Ambium so I can sleep at night. I hurt so bad that I dont sleep well. I will be seeing an eye doctor soon cause it is affecting my vision. So, after I got those wonderful news that things are looking up for me, my mom and I leave a few hours later for her hair appointment..........HER CAR BREAKS DOWN IN OVER 100 DEGREE WEATHER! I had my 9 month old son with us so we were completely miserable! Being stuck on the freeway and it was like 103 atleast where we were....Shirley as we were stuck on the 15 southbound in Fontana. Right by Jurupa, in bumper to bumper traffic. My mom has a Found On Roadside Dead! Go figure! We were stuck in that area for 3.5 hours. I was irritable and so was my son. I had looked like I just took a shower I was sweating so bad!

Sorry for rambling.....just wanted to inform you guys on my appointment today. So things are starting to look up for me on this end. The Fibromyalgia is just overly active and we are trying to get it under control. Hope you Florida Lupies are ok! I been seeing and hearing on the news and radio where the hurricane is heading. Hope you all stay safe. Let us know!

I will be excited once I am partially pain free. That will be the day I do jumping jacks! This pain is so horrible I feel like I have been ran over by a truck. I took me some pain meds about 30 minutes ago and waiting for it to kick in. My sister and son are asleep here at my house so Im just sitting here checking emails. As I see that our Florida Lupies are in trouble. I have never experienced a hurricane so I couldnt even imagine what they are going through. I experience earthquakes....and we have no warning signs. Hope your day is going good.

Have you heard anything on Deanna or ? Is Deanna doing better? She home from the hospital? If you hear anything or have any communication with them tell them they are in my prayers. Have a wonderful weekend. Hope it gets warmer on your end of the planet! You can have our heat! They said its suppose to be horrible this weekend, but we have rain on top of it. So hopefully it wont be as bad. Take care of yourself. Quick question. I keep seeing people post that there is a chat room for Lupies....where can I find it? I would love to chat with you guys. If you know please let me know! Thanks
