Guest guest
Well, the feelngs of totally losing my mind are gone, and the feelings like I just can't bear to be here are sort of gone. At least all this is better almost immediately after I spread the CORTISONE out in 4 equal doses. I would like to know more about licorice....yuou say that good adrenal informaiton is ahrd to find. Only problem is, I understand licorice is estrogenic, and I have just recently started taking progesterone for estrogen dominance. the other thing is that mercury is also estrogenic, (male panthers in Florida are coming in with the same estrogen levels as femaoles from eating mercury polluted food sources) so the licorice may not be the best idea, but I just love the way it sounds a whole lot more natural Hmmmm..... > _____________________ > You have to be on cortisones about 4 weeks total before you become > dependent. So, you can get off of it quite easily now. This must be why Anre Cutler suggests doing tapers of prednisolone every 2-3 months. I think I will read up more on that You say that prednisolone does not make your body as dependant???? So, what do you think of weaning myself off of the cortisone right now, and trying to replace it with licorice? I kind of hate to just drop the cortisone thought, becuase I am starting to feel somewhat better, and I am not craving candy like a fiend anymore, and I don't get sick when I am in fast mode like I did. I think this is from the CORTISONE. Just blabbing and trying to figure it out..... Inga > > This issue is not resolved. There is lots of debate.
