Hi Delitful_n_White,

I don't take the shotts, but I do a vitamin/supplement regimen which

I created for myself after reading so much of the data from this

group! And I must say that if I follow it, I am able to control the

pain of Fibro and RA/OA fairly well!

I take: 2 Sentury-Vite w/ Lutin (Spring Valley brand for active

adults)

2 Calcium tabs w/ D (500mg calcium, 200mg vit D--per each tab)

4 Magnesium tabs w/ zinc (Spring Valley brand; each tab has

Magnesium 133mg, Calcium 47mg, Zinc 5mg)

2 Soy Isoflavones 40mg each (Spring Valley brand)

2/3times per day MSM w/ Glucosamine (Spring Valley brand

MSM 500mg, Glucosamine 500mg each capsule)

I get this all at Walmart; its not too expensive, and I sure notice a

difference!
