Hi Mike,

I have had migraines with every symptom except the

pain. I didn't know they fit the description of one

type of seizure or another. I've had plenty of

migraines with the pain, more than enough for any one

lifetime.

Lately I've been having what I can only describe as

" buzzzzing. " It's a sound I hear in my head, as well

as a feeling of electrical shock in my head, neck,

shoulders, arms, and once as far " south " as my left

knee. When this buzzzzz happens, if I'm talking I

stutter or stop talking. If I'm walking, I have to

stop and grab hold of something. Sometimes it's light

and easy, sometimes quite painful. Sometimes it lasts

a fraction of a second, sometimes it happens over and

over again for up to 3-4 seconds, non stop. My doctor

said if I was having seizures, I'd know it. I don't

think that's true. My daughter recently had a grand

mal seizure, and knew nothing about it until her

husband told her. If she had been home alone, she

would have never known. My ex-husband had epilepsy,

and had petit mal seizures. The only thing is, I know

when these " bzzzzzzzz " are happening, I'm not unaware

of them as my husband was unaware of his petit mal

seizures.

So, I have no answer to your question, just more

questions of my own. Sorry!
