Guest guest Posted July 15, 2004 Report Share Posted July 15, 2004 Tracey, that is a great idea and it is exactly what we will do when the time comes for Josh. Keyone slept with us half the time because he has insomnia and now that he is out of the crib he always winds up in bed with his brother Freddie. We finally got Freddie a bigger bed when I noticed that Keyone is quite the bed hog, lol. We thought that it was just Keyone getting in bed with Freddie but one morning Fred told me that he couldn't sleep so he went and got Keyone and carried him to his bed so he wasn't scared. They are so cute, a I never had him in a playpen or anything so for a nap we'd stop putting him in the crib and he'd wake on the mattress on the floor, soon we we'd put him there for sleep at night, w/in a few days took the crib out and sooner or later moved the mattress to a frame and so on. It was a gradual move but w/in two -three weeks it was over. Just an idea. Something owrks differently for everyone. Have a fantastic day!
