hmmmm....now i'm wondering about this...as a high testosterone gal with lots

of the symptoms. how exactly is the diagnosis made?

Diagnosis can be different depending on the individual and whether or not the

cysts are present. I was diagnosed by symptoms, a elevated glucose, elevated

insulin, elevated testosterone, and a low progesterone level. With some there

are changes in the FSH to LH ratio and with others there aren't any differences

with the ratio.
