I was only able to get rid of it when i starting taking 1/2 grain of armour around 8:30 or 9:00 at night. it never bothers me anymore. this ache was in the front of my lower leg (what's that - the shin?)...and it also made me feel like i needed to get up and walk around. Guest guest
Do your legs or ankles swell at all? If so the pain can be just from that. I had horrible pain in my legs from swelling, and a doctor explained to me that when your legs fill with fluid, it literally rips the tissues apart inside them. It sure felt like it and took a LONG time to go away one the swelling stopped. *Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV Fat cat? Diabetes? Guest guest
I have not noticed any swelling. But my feet are as hot as all get out at night! On fire! But no swelling, and the hot thing isnt new, Ive had that for maybe a year or so... but the leg ache is pretty bad. I tried a heating pad, and that helped a little. I had to turn it up so hot that I about burned my behind off! > Do your legs or ankles swell at all? If so the pain can be just from that. Guest guest
Ooops. I am going to restructure my pill taking times tomorrow and give that a try. Guest guest
You might try an old remedy I have used for years, Absorbine Horse Liniment. It stimulates circulation and will warm your legs and cool your feet! Don;t bother with the human variety, it is too weak... Go to a feed store and get the real deal. *Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV Fat cat? Diabetes? Guest guest
Have you had your ferritin checked, my legs and feet were feeling the same way, with a tingly burning sensation. After advice from this group I went for Ferritin tests and it was at 4, since I have been taking supplements it is not near as bad. --- bluesparklepony myidahobeachbum@...> wrote: --------------------------------- My legs ache very badly, often all day and at night. Guest guest
Congrats Jeanne! Glad to hear you are feeling some relief of your horrible symptoms! It takes a LONG time to heal the tissues in your legs that are damaged by hypo and fluid, I believe yours were swelling too? If they were they won;t be back 100% for a few more months. Mine too almost 2 years for all the pain to go away but then I went up almost 3 FULL shoe sizes from the swelling. *Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV Fat cat? Diabetes?
