Guest guest
Hi , I am Sherri. I also have hand and finger pain plus spasms. I have had it for years. When my son was born 5 years ago I was terrified to hold him fearing I would drop him. I never did but the fear was there nontheless. What kind of meds are you taking? Have you tried any pain cream? Sometimes exercises for carpel tunnel help also. Hugs, Sherri > > Hi My name is , I am just wondering if either of you have > your joints hurt in your fingers and goes your hands? Most of the time there isn't any swelling either. I frequently have a problem where I just hit the wrong key and have to retype, but it's not a spasm, my finger just doesn't go where I want it to. Does your doctor know that this pain is waking you in the middle of the night? Generally, they start to consider it serious pain if it wakes you from a sound sleep. Have you tried ice or heat on them? I guess you could ask that your doctor do tests to make sure it's just FM. Darcy
