The only one of mine that came out wrong was when I subtracted wrong. The ball had the right image and I had the wrong one. And I used my finger instead of the mouse.

Interesting - none of mine turned out right unless I hovered the mouse over either the "original" number or the symbol! I was so sure I had it nailed!
