Greetings,

I want to apologize to the Migrant Health Research group for mass

distributing my last email to Dr. Siantz.

After making the aforementioned mistake I realized that the Migrant

Health research group is a pool of knowledge and experience that could

add to the richness of the Migrant and Seasonal Head Start community.

Thus, I am interested in expanding the scope of the Health track at the

2003 Migrant and Seasonal Head Start National Conference (to be held in

Washington DC in February) by including current Migrant Health research.

Our primary target population or emphasis is that of young migrant

children from birth to 5 years of age...but since we work with

families/parents/care givers we feel that all information in working

with the Migrant community is important.

If you have an interest in submitting a call for paper please contact

Marco Beltran at 202-884-8958 or mbeltran@... .

Thanks so much for your apology but non is needed. I got alot from the

correspondence between you and Dr. Siantz even though I felt a little like a

snoop. Are you aware that the Farmworker Health Stream Forums have included

research tracks for several years?

I would love to talk with you and Dr. Siantz privately about your work.

Regards, Joni Berardino
