You've come to the right place for information, venting, etc. If you have any questions, feel free to ask away. I have a question for you. You mention that you have a glass of wine in order to get to sleep, but that you still toss and turn. Did you know that that is exactly what alcohol right before bed does to you? There are a lot of excellent books out there that deal with insomnia and other sleep disorders, and they usually offer several ways to overcome your insomnia and stat getting restful sleep. I hope you don't find me pushy. I just wanted to mention this, since I tried the have a drink at bedtime route myself about 5 years ago. It didn't work in the long run. Anyway, welcome to the group.
