Things are a tiny bit better today. I started on Lasix, a strong diuretic. That started pulling some of the fluid out of me, and although the pain is still there, the pressure in my gut is better, so I'll take it.

No answers yet on what this is. All of the obvious things like infection, leaks, etc. have been ruled out. They're still working on it, but it's still a mystery right now.Tom
