Hi everyone!

My name is , I'm 37. Diagnosed with Fibro about 6 years ago (But

realize I had it for about 15 years before that!) and CFS about 1 year ago.

I'd been on amitryptaline(sp??) for about a year, and took a variety of pain

meds for several months trying to find the right one. I quit the search for the

pain med about 6 months ago and just stopped the amitrip. a month ago. I chose

to stop them because I just don't feel good about using anything for long

periods of time. I have supportive hubby, 2 children (11 & 3yrs), 2 dogs a home

based biz. My 11 yo has some special needs and is homeschooled half day and

requires 'therapeutic parenting'. SO, needless to say, I'm, pooped and in pain!

Tho my hubby is supportive, he doesn't understand that there is absolutely no

comfortable position for me to stand, sit or lie in. The majority of my pain is

in my shoulders, neck and feet, w/increasing pain in my hips, legs and arms

while sleeping. These last few weeks, sleep is non-existent, so I'm dealing

with all of the fall-out that comes with that. I'm in a bad mood, in pain and

very tired w/allergies kicking in.........none of this is really new - I'm

venting! What is new is that I'm hot all the time w/occasional hot flashes

making it worse. I haven't changed my hormones, so I don't think it is the

problem. Anyone else always hot? It is SO uncomfortable!

Thanks,

Eisenbies
