Guest guest
Name: Asselin Home: Toronto, Ontario (Canada) Age: 30 Male/female: Male What are the symptoms? Memory loss, fogginess, extreme fatigue, problems getting up in the morning Has you illness been diagnosed? It hasn't been. To be honest, I don't know if I have CFS, but I'm trying to educate myself on it. I haven't had much luck with my doctor in figuring out what is going on with me, so I'm taking matters into my own hands. How long did you suffer before you got help? Don't remember. I know I have been dealing with this over 1.5 years, maybe 2. Is there a time that you can remember when it started? See above, probably 1.5-2 years ago. Some of us have found lack of exercise we are overweight. Have you found this to be a problem also? I've always been overweight, and have been able to lose some weight over the last 6 months due to a diet change. My doctor is continuously getting on my case to exercise, but I'm too tired to do so. He believe my fatigue is caused by lack of exercise and that exercising will bring some energy back. Unfortunatly it's a Catch-22 that I'm too tired to exercise to get some energy. Are you on disability? No Do you have sleep problems? How do you deal with it? Yes, and lately I've been dealing with it by calling in to work sick. Do you have family that understands your illness? No complaints from my partner so far. I think he's in the same boat as me and doesn't understand why I'm so tired. So he's not making any judgments.
