Guest guest
I think that the vegetable juicing would be a great idea to help your system, Inga. Fasting is out of the question for me, these days. Yes, I remember lots of juice fasts but was unaware of lots of things then. The articles on adrenals I read in the files emphasize regular high-quality protein and the salt water helped, I think. Good saturated fats and Brazil nuts are high on my list along with grassfed beef and lamb and eggs. We need to take care of ourselves and not get too impatient so we don't mess up our progress. My tukchas is kicked! Coffee is too much for my system right now, and I used coffee enemas for a few years, off and on for my cancer, so I know how useful they can be -especially for pain control. The isocort cost 29.00 from the source listed in the files and I started it this week. Tomorrow, I start my 1/2 grain Armour! Wooohooooo!!!! My temp was 97.4 this morning just from the isocort (just like the trial I did on the thyroid glandular). This time, with my cortisone training wheels, I can get in the real Armour lane with the big ThyroScouts! I would never have found this list or Janie and the Ladies (and the Gents!) if I hadn't been looking for help with the mercury poisoning. I feel so grateful and sorelieved that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. The people (family and doctors!!) who wrote me off, and left me for dead, are gonna be left in my slow-and-steady-wins-the-race turtle-dust!!! This list has unquestionably saved my life. I am so grateful. .... Maybe alot of juicing and fasting and cleansing would give the body enough rest so the adrenals could heal... I guess fasting is actually out of the question though, ~Inga
