Guest guest
It was a syndrome but recently a deletion has been found in a chromosome - can't remember which one. It is mental retardation, short stature, and multi-system malformations. Generally, they are very social. They also are slow with processing information and need to be given that time. Impatient people will either by drowned in their tears or knocked on their behinds by these folks if they are not given time to process a question or directive. (It depends on the individual and whether they are spunky or not). It is most recognizable by down slanting eyes, a beaked nose, and broad thumbs and big toes. It occurs in 1 in 300,00 births.
