Guest guest
Does anyone have recommendations on a particular brand? Where are you getting it? The cost? How often do I take it? Articles to read. On the articles, right now I need basic facts, nothing in depth, my brain can't take that right now, LOL! Thanks!! Guest guest
Because I currently require SO MUCH progesterone (250 mgs daily approx.), I use a Compounding Pharmacy to make mine. It's MUCH cheaper than buying creams, you use a LOT less, and because it's a gel, it is rubbed in within seconds, not minutes like the cream can take. LOL. Guest guest
> Is it a natural version like bioidentical? Oh most definitely. And since I am on approx. 250 mgs a day, I was having to use SO much cream that it took forever (and a lot of body space) to get it rubbed in. With compounding gel, you use WAY less, and because it's a gel, it's quick. And.......on the cream, a bottle was lasting me LESS than a week. The cost was over $100 a month, and that was wholesale. One the gel, I am spending $33 a month. I buy 3 months at a time. janie
