Yes, one panic attack could trash the adrenals for months, especially if

they were already in a very precarious position. When they're already " on

the edge " , they will use up everything they've got (weak) with just one

occurrence of some major proportion, i.e., panic attack, job loss, bad

marriage, sorrow, constant worry, or even a major worry stressor for just

one day. Strong adrenals have more in reserve, but even they will use it

up, if the stress keeps on going. With your history, I wouldn't be very

surprised if you have any cortisol in reserve at all. So, yes, just ONE

panic attack could do it for you, or me, for that matter.

Yes, one panic attack could trash the adrenals for months, especially if

they were already in a very precarious position. When they're already " on

the edge " , they will use up everything they've got (weak) with just one

occurrence of some major proportion, i.e., panic attack, job loss, bad
