Guest guest
Hello. I take 20 mg of Cortef(divided in 3 dosages) and 25 mcg of SR T3. My most recent dheas result showed below the range value. According to Dr.peatfield and dr.Hertoghe, cortef makes dhea go down. I am about to add dhea to my treatment. The question is: what is the right way to do it. From experience of other people, they take dhea in the morning and once per day. I thought that since dhea is also an adrenal hormone, it is best supplemented in several dosages, more in the morning, less at noon, and a small dosages late afternoon, just like cortef. I would love to hear from people what take dhea and cortef, or just dhea. What time of the day do you take dhea and by how much have your dhea test improved on a particular dosage. Thanks in advance ALex
