I do enjoy the occassional glass of wine but do have to cut myself off very very quickly as more than two glasses seem to put me over the edge. I see the reduction as a positive, it's not like it's good for you even without PSC. I started keeping a calorie journal at one point at the advice of my trainer and was stunned at what a Saturday night used to bring! Thing that puzzles me, most of us had PSC before we were diagnosed and the alcohol didn't do anything to my knowledge... > > My hepatologist so far has not advised me to discontinue having > alcohol.
