Guest guest
Cindi, your post reminded me of all those years when I kept feeling awful, but had no clue. It started around the time I got pregnant with my second child--at age 25ish. I would have a strange " off " feeling. Then when he was born, I was sick ALL the time when nursing, and was SOOOO tired. Two years later, same with my 3rd son! SICK all the time when I was nursing. During the 8 months that I nursed my 3rd child, I had a minimum of 9 illnesses--mostly head colds and finally pneumonia. And by that time, I was unable to hold my toddlers very long without feeling REALLY tired in my arms. I kept having to hand them over to my husband. And I went on like this until I was around 31. Put on Synthroid, and guess what?? NOTHING CHANGED except my TSH. T4-only meds suck, suck, suck.
