Wanted to Introduce Myself

Hi, my name is Terri and I wanted to introduce myself. I've

been " dealing " with FM/CFS for 10 years (this month as a matter of

fact.) Finally-FINALLY found a doc who believes in this and

understands. He's an infectious disease specialist. So don't give

up, I can't tell you how many docs I've seen who said, " yeah you have

this, there's no cause or cure, try some herbal supplements and go

home. " Sometimes I think these guys get their degree at K-Mart

during their BlueLight Specials, ya know ?!? This new doc was amazed

that with all the docs I've seen, that no one treated me / prescribed

anything. Like I said, I wanted to introduce myself, but to also

say, don't give up......there ARE doctors out there who believe in

these illnesses and believe us and our symptoms, just hope you find

one sooner than I did. Sending positive thoughts to all and glad to
