Guest guest
Most people have been reporting that Thyroid-S is pretty comparable to Armour. So, maybe it is an individual thing, perhaps with the pill binders are giving you problems or the pills are not dissolving. Have you tried to dissolve it under your tongue or chew it. Maybe that would help if you haven't tried that. It doesn't taste great. Tish

Guest guest
Thinks I hadn't thought of that. I have chewed the Armour before when I didn't have water handy. It's hard for me to tell when my thyroid is low or high because my heart pounds when it is either. Something call P.A.T. But when it bad enough for the coldness to start I know it's to low. Guest guest
Yes, the Thyroid-S doesn't disolve too fast, so I keep it between my cheek for what seems like hours at times... I jsut sort of forget it is there...can drink and eat and it slowly disolves away. Thyroid-S tastes just fine though...hardly any taste except a pinch of sweetness t it. I have never tried ARMOUR that way though...disolving it in mouth. Bletch??? ~Inga > > > Most people have been reporting that Thyroid-S is pretty comparable > to Armour. If the Thyroid-S is slow to dissolve, would it help to put it under the tongue where there is more saliva to soften it?? Janie
Guest guest
I found Thyroid-S to be slightly stronger. You might cut them into 4ths so your body can absorb it better. I think the coating might be getting in the way for you. Chris > > >Thyroid-S tastes just fine though...hardly any taste except a pinch > >of sweetness t it. Guest guest
Good idea, Chris!! Cutting the Thyroid-S reveals the inner, non- coated part of the tab, which should help with faster absorption.
