That's the ticket. You hit it right on the head when you started talking about

not sleeping. I have so much trouble sleeping. I usually take my meds about 9

at night, and am waking up again at 12-30 at night, stay awake all night, then

go to sleep when my husband is getting up, and still only sleep for 3 hours.

Oh, lord, what are we to do.
