Guest guest
I didn't know what it was. Never heard of it. So I searched in the Internet. Here's a site that sells it and says it is good for CFS. http://www.enada-nadh.com/ I added information with links about it on my chronic fatigue website. I want to know what works well. This is crazy that we have to take several years or months to get well if at all. Did it work for you, was it able to reduce fatigue in you? I tried to order it in my local pharmacy, but they told me ENADA is still hard to get in Germany. Thank you for your Answers.. My understanding is the effects are usually not felt for two weeks or longer although some people report an enhanced energy the same day. I get mine from www.iherb.com--they offer numerous brands. The one I picked was Source Naturals. The reason I'm trying it is because someone on this list once recommended it from personal experience and I've seen it recommended in a few CFS protocols. However, based on reports from www.quackwatch.com, there may have been some problems with the independent research study that often is cited as evidence that enada NADH works. I think the concern was that the authors of the study not only had a commercial interest in the product, they implied that more patients were helped than actually were. Since it's so expensive and may not be as effective as claimed, I'm only going to give it a short trial--say a month. My experience so far: I think I'd started to feel better but then had a major flare so can't be sure yet. Margaret

Guest guest
Now, i have been using Enada for almost 3 Weeks, and i feel much better now than before...effects started fully after two weeks, yet i guess this is a too short time to surely say this drug works for me or not. also i guess this doesnt work for all kinds of CFS-ME-Fibro etc-Sicknesses.. My Brainfog seems to be removed, i feel creativity again, and i dont experience flares anymore. At the moment it seems to work for me, and i am happy about that.. i will keep you informed about my further experiences. greetz,
