Guest guest
Hi Dawn, My white cell doesn’t go up until an infection is really horrible either. Neither does my bilirubin. It’s hard to convince some medical personnel that I’m really getting sick. This even includes some of the liver specialists and my interventional radiologist. But after 5 years of reoccurring infections, I KNOW what they feel like. There’s nothing else like them. Nita ================ Going a step further though, I am also IgA deficent which means I have poblems with ear and sinus infections, so far my IgG and IgM have remained Okay. IgA lines all of our mucus membrains to assists us in fighting infections, which is why I personally, think that my white blood cell count does not tend to go up when I have infections until they get really bad. But that's off topic.
