A fibromyalgia crash is when something stresses you out, but it is twice as bad

as it would be because of the fibromyalgia, and you just can't cope, and so you

just withdraw. Some people just withdraw, and do nothing, other people go into

a crying jag, which is what I did. I knew that I was in trouble when I cried

one night from 12:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. I knew that I needed to see a doctor

quick.

Wow, see that is what I did before I started taking antidepressants. I just

withdrew, cried all the time, prayed that I wouldn't wake up the next day.

I just wanted to die. I was also hiding all of this from my family. No one

knew anything about me at that time. It wasn't until about 2 years after I

started prozac that I could talk about it to my family.
