Guest guest
Yes, my daughter (autism spectrum, brilliant kiddo!) and I take it semi-sporadically in the form of Attentive Child chewables (can't find the bottle now, to find the manufacturer) and also take zinc in the form of elderberry zinc lozenges. Attentive child also has DMAE, a little magnesium, and phosphotidylcholine and something else, all to help calm focus and neurotransmitters. It is not helping enough with the brain fog for me...but it's well tolerated and popular with moms and kids with LDs right now. I wish it wasn't soy-based and didn't have so much sugar but the benefits are fine by me! ....

Guest guest
I swear by it. I was never feeling rested from sleep. My 24 hour cortisol burden was low normal but morning was very low and night was WAY high. I take it at night. I have the same 24 hour cortisol burden, but now it is higher in the morning and low at night! I go into a deep sleep now. Anyone tried Phosphatidylserine? WOW takes me a few minutes to just type it but I have seen it is used for improved cognitive functions. Just wondering if anyone here had tried it and results? *Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV Fat cat? Diabetes? Guest guest
I am taking the one that is plain phosphatidyl serine, not mixed with phosphatidyl choline and again though I sound like a broken record, I am doing best on Lessman from hsn.com. It is 100 mg I also have added SAM-e at about 3 pm. Re: Anyone tried Phosphatidylserine? Jamy how much are you taking? *Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV Fat cat? Diabetes?
