Hello everyone.

So sorry I have been AWOL for some time now, but first of all: that is what I promised at the beginning of the summer; second: with Sebastian leaving tomorrow night everything is just crazy around here.

We're doing ok, but busy packing and doing all other fun stuff that we won't get to do with Sebastian as he's not coming back until the second day of school. So straight from the flight into a classroom. I am starting to get sick to my stomach over the fact that I will not have him here with me for a month. This is the longest he has ever been away from me. Ahh, I won't be getting much sleep anytime soon.

I didn't mean to ignore all the birthday wishes I got. I did read them all and I wanted to say thank you everyone. You have definitely made my day special.

To all the birthdays I have missed - I'm sorry and Happy Birthday. I know I missed Barb's as well as H., and maybe some others that I just didn't get a chance to see.

Welcome to all new members. You'll see much more of me once the school year starts.

I'm happy Max came home in one piece. What about the surgery in August? What is that for?

Deanna I understand your need to be on the roof, but please watch it. It's not exactly a good place for you, is it?

MM, going camping again? Good for you. I hope that means you feel up to it, so you're doing good.

I think you are dealing with the whole situation with your ex very bravely. I agree with you. It was his decision to leave you, he shouldn't come back running expecting you would forgive him whenever he feels like it, or whenever he just plain needs help.

Lorri, so sorry about your daughter going in and out of the hospital. Hope she gets better soon.

I know I am missing a lot of important stuff, and please forgive me everyone for not addressing all of the pertinent matters, but my mind is so completely somewhere else right now. Sebastian is leaving tomorrow at 10pm, I'll be a nervous wreck until Wednesday around noon. That's when he'll arrive in Warsaw. He has a stop-over in London.
