Adrenal book- soda- my confession. Am I really bad?

Ok, so some gave up coffee, some gave up soda. Some still drink one

a day. I think I have a serious problem. Tell me how bad I really

am...

I drink about 4 cups of coffee in the morning (and I suspect I feel

a little tired after that. Go figure. I dont even like coffee, I

add a bunch of that sugar free vanilla syrup and skim milk, and then

its like an almost calorie free hot creamy little treat. Its the

only thing that warms my bones up! Im always so flipping cold in the

mornings!) ok, next confession: I drink A LOT of diet pepsi.

Probably 6 cans or more a day, sometimes caffeine free but no more

than 1 or 2 a day is caff free. I rarely drink water, one glass a

day. I might drink a small glass of juice but not often. Am I way

over the top here on this drinking thing? Even writing this it

seems obvious to me that there is a serious issue here....

Give me your coffee/cola count and let me compare.
