Guest guest
Hi Calla, lol, I thought I was the only one who got the weird cheek pain. oddly enough it started after a series of xrays where the tech kept rolling me around and guiding me using my hips. I find warm baths and getting up to walk around help, and if it doesn't I'll take mobic or use a heating pad. You're not alone for sure. I have the same problem with the sore spots (and in the same places even) after the doctor did the tender point exam on me...it's been 3 weeks and I still can't get comfortable no matter how I sit or stand I haven't figured out how to 'fix' it yet either though...wish I could help you there. Guest guest
Oh, yes, that dimple pain really hurts. It feels like someone is sticking you with a knife. I know lots of people recommend heating pads, but I never thought they helped. What saved me was ice packs. I froze big rubber douche bags in the freezer. I still have some in my freezer, but I rarely need it anymore. I would use three when I got up in the morning, from my upper back to my lower back. It really eased the pain. Because the bags are frozen, as they get warmer they get wet on the outside, so I took face towels and sewed them up like a pillow case; then I'd insert the icepack. Guest guest
Hi Calla, I have a big problem with my hips and thighs aching-- started long before l found out that I have Fibromyalgia. I take Flexiril daily, 20 mg one in the morning and one before I go to bed. Sometimes if I have a stressful day, I need one at that point in my day. I'm sorry. Hope you feel better soon. It hurts to sit, so I must use a heating pad, (which makes me itch btw, one more thing)and no relief laying down. Can't bare to lay on my side. I know I am not alone, so what has anybody found to help??? I am on the Guai therapy, so I can't use ben gay or anything.
