Guest guest
Just got my labs back for ferritin - 70ng/ml (range 22 - 291). I know general consensus is to treat/supplement under 70 - so does this mean I'm sort of low & still need to supplement? More so than what's in a reg. multi-vitamin? Thanks Kirsty
Guest guest
70 isn't bad. You aim for 70-90. Mine was at 10, 6 weeks ago. I'll test it again in 6 more weeks. You might use 28mg of iron vs the standard or 17-19mg that is in most multi-vitamins. I'd love to have your 70!
