Thanks Janie! Oh I just got the BEST news I could have heard tonight! My friend

with Lymphoma just had rescans done and over 3/4 is gone! Thanks everyone that

offered prayers for this friend of mine. He is holding up well, gave in & shaved

his head which looks great on him! LOL They are just changing one of his meds as

his heart is a little weaker than they like to see, then three more chemo

treatments and rescan again. They are hoping for a full recovery at this point!

I told him he has a new grandchild to think of here so he has to get well (my

puppy was sired by his dog...) ! They have kept the faith through this all and I

am proud and happy for them. Looks like we will be celebrating both our

birthdays together again next year!

Y'know what really irritates me about doctors? All the knowledge is available on

the Internet or a few books. If I can find it and learn about this disease, why

the HELL can't they? Nevermind.. I forgot they don't make any money on healing

THIS disease!

Oh so true, they just keep you comming back. I am just now

gathering up all my medical expenses for this year.. *sigh* Anyhow,

reading through labs, etc, and dang I kept saying the same thing

over and over again.. Did my Doc listen? Nope, she sent me on so

many tests it was horrible and when I asked about my adrenals she

gave me a script to go to the hospital and have a blood draw,

probably KNOWING full well I would fall in the normal range, because

most do.. I am so angry at this system.. GRRR... I would love to go

on but I won't. Doesn't do me any good, but you should see the

array of tests she did, imaging, endioscopes, neurologists, ALL on

other things then my adrenal... I SHOULD have listened to my body

and found someone who listened to my concerns..... ahh well, about

3000.00 poorer! GRRRR..
