He’s a survivor

of pancreatic cancer and has undergone

successful surgery to treat a form of pancreatic

cancer — an islet cell neuroendocrine tumor. One article said….. " The pancreas makes digestive

enzymes, and if the pancreas doesn't make enough of those, then people can't

digest foods and getting nutrients is a problem " .

So I’m thinking what Jobs himself

said - is probably true. Those with

liver disease know all about losing weight because the body doesn’t

absorb enough nutrients.
