Guest guest
How can you tell when you're on enough thyroid? The free t3 and free T4 lab tests don't necessarily tell you, because if you're tissue resistant, the labs will look good but you'll still be hypothyroid at the cellular level. Can you go by temperature - if your basal temp is consistently between 97.8 and 98.2 in the morning (is that range only for axilliary temps?) and you're around 98.6 mid-day, does that mean you're at an optimum level? Do you go by absence of symptoms? Cause lots of malfunctions other than thyroid can cause symptoms. Do you take enough to feel wired, and then back down a little?
