If I remember correctly, they say about 5% of people with lupus with

have symptoms, but a neg. ANA. Some doctors refuse to diagnose lupus no

matter what your symptoms if your ANA is neg. and others will diagnose

on symptoms alone. May I recommend that you join lupus-living which is

a yahoogroups group for people with either lupus or fibro or both. The

lady who runs it is a nurse who has both, and is willing to point you in

the direction of websites that can help you.
