So I am at 6 > grains now and sleeping like a baby all night through. I DO sleep fine for the most part...even when IU have to get up every 3 hours to take DMSA, I fall immediately back to sleep. It is the circadian rhythm that is messed, up. I am hoping that more thyroid will help this. > This is why I > asked if you had given the Armour a chance to work. Okay, I wll keep waiting. My temps ARE up and getting close to normal range. I actually had a basal of 97.6 ths morning! Woo-hoo. But I woke up and laid in bed for an hour with my heart pounding. Then I got out of bed and it immediately fell to 95.6 Hmmmmm....is that an adrenal thing? And so I started taking some CORTISONE again. All of a sudden I feeI have some energy. This did not happen the last time I took CORTISONE. Hmmm.....well, I speak too soon as I have only had one pill so far today. For about 2 weeks I am going to have to stay on 3 grains instead of the 4 1/2 I have been taking lately, becasue my THYROID-S is backordered. Is this of concern, and is the cortisone replacement actually a good thing to do at this time? Dropping from 4 1/2 to 3...is this possibly why my heart was pounding this morning....it could also be mercury, as I jsut finished a round of DMSA....that does the same thing...lots of heart pounding and tachycardia from mercury...or is it all form the damage the mercury has done to the adresnals..... Argh...it gets so confusing for me, LOL! ~Inga I am going on 6 > years straight with Armour and STILL doing increases.
