The mouth is the beginning of the digestive tract. So, problems

there are usually a sign the the digestive system further down is

also ill. So, I have found that if you focus on doing good for your

digestion, the cold sores and canker sores go away. Since the

digestive tract makes up 80% of the immune system and lymph system,

it is very important. to infection fighting capacity.
