Wonderful Things Do Happen

I received an invitation in the mail. It was to a tea on July 5. The tea

was in honor of myself and Duff. It was for our very close friends and on

the invitation it is noted that it is for close friends only so that those

who we know that decide that they should go to every event even when not

invited.

They told me nothing about it so that it would come as a surprise, She knows

that I love English High Tea from my many visits there and we go to tea at a

place near here. She did call and ask about sultanas in scones and I told

her that I didn't like them in scones and she said if she ever make me scones

she would remember that.

Her and her husband are the ones that I traveled to Germany, Brussels,

Holland, Istanbul, Egypt and many other places. We had many other trip

planned but fibro put the lock on that. I will be going to London this

summer with my daughter and my granddaughters. I promised the girls that I

will be go with them and I don't break promises to them.

So into the darkness of fibro, comes the light of true friendship.
