Hi everyone. I just wanted to see how everyone's day went. My day went ok.

Although I had a bad headache all day and of all day's for the kids to be wild.

=-) Well, tomorrow they start back to school and all on the home front should be

quiet during the day. All except for the 3 cats running around wrestling each

other. I sense that Dusty (the only female) doesn't enjoy playing too much with

Shash & Titus. She has a tude. .....anyway, I had a question for those of you

who could answer this question....well, lately my right shoulder has been

killing me. It is the same shoulder which was the inital trauma to my body that

started the fibro. I was wondering if anyone else experianced something simular

when a flare was coming on. I am unsure if it is a flare or if it was from

lifting some boxes, but I lift my neice who is heavier than anyone of those

boxes. So I don't know why the pain has been getting worse and didn't know if

anyone would shed alittle light for me. I refuse to take the muscle relaxer that

the dr. rx'd for me during the day because it knocks me out. I only take it when

I am on the verge of pain levels over 10...this is at about a 8.5. Anyway, just

a question I wanted to throw out there. Oh, my parents call the other day to let

me know that the family dog of 16 years or 112 human years is gone.

=-( Poor puppy...But she was bad. I felt bad for her. Anyways, I'm off to bed.
