Guest guest
Boy do I hear you. I've had hypo for 15 years, and it was hard enough back then feeling good making sure I ate those 6 meals. Now with CFS & FM it's 10 times harder. Between the pain and lack of energy, it takes everything out of me some days just to brush my teeth. What I do on " tolerable " days is make enough for a family of 4 or so (I live by myself, and if anyone saw how much I cook sometimes...they'd think all I did was eat.) Anyway, I make enough, so I get a few meals out of it, freeze it and then all I have to do for dinner is microwave.....saves on leg pain too, don't have to stand and do a sinkful of dishes. --- " it's me, Mareth " mareth_summerwind@...> wrote: > Well, there are at least three of us on this list... > > I also have to deal with hypoglycemia as well as > fibro.
