Boy do I hear you. I've had hypo for 15 years, and it

was hard enough back then feeling good making sure I

ate those 6 meals. Now with CFS & FM it's 10 times

harder. Between the pain and lack of energy, it takes

everything out of me some days just to brush my teeth.

What I do on " tolerable " days is make enough for a

family of 4 or so (I live by myself, and if anyone saw

how much I cook sometimes...they'd think all I did was

eat.) Anyway, I make enough, so I get a few meals out

of it, freeze it and then all I have to do for dinner

is microwave.....saves on leg pain too, don't have to

stand and do a sinkful of dishes.
