Guest guest
Glad I am not alone in this... I HATE the summer and I am in England with its moderate climate. Last summer was OK for me - just - and everyone else was complaing about what a terrible summer it was, hee hee... I was happy. Like you 70 is tops for me. Usually I can hardly leave the house come high summer like in August or thereabouts. I DO wish more was made of this. It is this single factor, the chilliness symptom, that has put me off looking into m,y thyroid problems, for many years. At least I found out in the end. Yes, it is the one thing that was absolutely controlling my likfe. (that is before I got REAL SICK) Heat intolerence is such a difficult thing....especially since others can not understnad. They say, oh, it is because youa re overweight. Meanwhile 300 lb folks areout there enjoying the sun and the hot days of summer... Like my new husband says...it gets hot everywhere...and I always say, yes, but in somepaces it lasts 2 months and other places it lasts 10 months, lOL! I wish there were an answer for this. Some say that when you detox, you wil feel less warm. I think that is probably at least partly true...and then I think it has to do with the temperature regulators being off in the body. Maybe detoxing will help them too... Just stabs in the dark, Mo... I hear ya on the heat. ~Inga >It is this single factor, the chilliness > symptom, that has put me off looking into m,y thyroid problems, for many > years. > At least I found out in the end. > > Mo >
