Nikki,

It would be my advice if you are worried about the prednisone and weight gain, that you express you fears to your physician. That way they possibly could give you some dietary recommendations that would help you, for the duration, of taking the medication. You definitely do not want to do something that is going to jeopardize your health any further, but falling into past pitfalls. Good luck honey. God Bless, Love, a

Rose,Thank you! Yes, I know it is probably best to try thePrednisone. I have struggled with anorexia/bulimiafor 14 years and though I am overweight now it isstill a struggle. Not a day goes by that I don'tfight the "urge" to do what is comfortable for me. Ithink the fear of this medication causing me to gainweight and me thinking I have no control over it waswhat was scaring me. Knowing that I DO have somecontrol over it by the food choices I make and beingaware that the hunger could just be from the medicinehelps. Thank you!I start on it tomorrow! I will let you know how itgoes!Thanks!Love,Nikki--- Rosetta wrote:> Hi Nikki,> > Just wanted to put my two cents in on this matter. I> think you should
