I forgot to mention insomnia, low blood pressure, and newly developed grass

pollen allergy as additional symptoms. The vaginal atrophy is more of a

menopausal symptom. Although there's probably a thyroid or adrenal link

somehow.

You can get over-the-counter DHEA or 7-keto-DHEA supplements. The 7-keto

is more expensive, but it's supposed to be a lot better in that it doesn't

cause the facial outbreaks or deepening of voice that plain DHEA can. I

would recommend not using even 7-keto DHEA unless you have your levels

tested first. You can do a saliva test for DHEA, cortisol, and other

hormones without needing a doctors prescription.
