Hi Molly. Don't feel bad--we've all been there before--when we felt

great, then BAMM...something new we had to figure out. And you will!

Am I understanding correctly that you are at 3 1/2 grains?

Have you done labs recently, and if so, what was your free T3? How

about your Ferritin--low Ferritin can cause the exact same symptoms.

What about female hormones?? Are you peri-meno, perhaps, which can

cause similar symptoms?

How long has the feel-bads been occuring? Did they start when the

cold started, and when was that? Give us more details about when it

all started.

A final area to explore are your adrenals. Have you tried the pupil

test mentioned in the ADRENALS folder? Do you have any problems

sleeping at night?

If you add a 1/2 grain more and it's too much, all you have to do is back down

for a day back to the last dosage. Most times when I increase, I may have a few

hyper symptoms, but it calms down soon enough. I've just found that a new

dosage sometimes takes 2 or 3 days for me to feel if it's optimal or not. I

goofed quite a few months ago and took 9 1/2 grains one day by complete accident

(bought 3 grain pills and was only used to 1 grain pills), and I felt better the

next day, and even better the third day. I restarted where I should have been

and all was fine. I did feel awful though that day I miscounted how much I was

taking. lol.
